  • Return Label: A free return label can be downloaded and printed.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply.

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • The original packaging is missing or altered.

1.2 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Pre-order exclusive or limited-edition items.
  • Lightsticks and other electronic merchandise once opened.
