- Return Label: A free return label can be downloaded and printed.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply.
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product is opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- The original packaging is missing or altered.
1.2 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Opened or unsealed K-pop albums and photocards.
- Pre-order exclusive or limited-edition items.
- Lightsticks and other electronic merchandise once opened.
